The Gulley team executed everything professionally with grace and dedication to the family from the initial phone call, the first visit to the funeral home, making the funeral arrangements, assisting in writing the obituary, assembling the pictures for the video, and the memorial service. The staff managed to make what seemed to be our darkest hours filled with comfort and serenity.

The family wants to give a special thanks to Rachel Gulley, the director of Howell & Jolley. Rachel always made herself available as if we were her only client. On the day of the private viewing, Rachel had a quilt made with our mother's picture and poem that the children wrote hanging in the room. When we saw the quilt, family members began to cry. At that moment, we realized how much Rachell cared about our family. It was not just a business transaction for her; it was an act of kindness that we will never forget.
