SALISBURY – Jenovera (Jen) A. Hargis, 56 died Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Accomac, VA, she was the daughter of the late Levin Hargis, Sr. and Gloria (Laws) Hargis.

She was formerly employed at the former Townsend's , Inc. in Millsboro, DE and the Holiday Inn in Ocean City, MD.

She attended the Pathway To Life Church in Salisbury, MD.

Her survivors include four children: ShaNeka Hargis-Graham, Eric (Nelsonia Brown) James, Delisa and Donnie Dutton, all of Salisbury;six grandchildren: LyBryant Graham, Jr., LyNesha Graham, LyKhyren Graham, Nelson Brown, Matthew Jones, Jr. and Donnel Dutton; two great-grandchildren;  four siblings: Yolanda (John) Hargis-Johnson, Marquita, Gary and Kirt Hargis and a host of nieces and nephews.

A daughter, Kashamia James, one grandson: Braden Jones; one great-grandson: Messiah Williams and a brother: Levin Hargis, Jr. preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Faith Christian Full Gospel Baptist Church, 500 E. Lincoln Avenue, Salisbury, MD where friends may view one hour prior to service.  Cremation will follow.
