Salisbury – Elijah Misha'el Stewart, died Monday June 27, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Elijah was born at 9:28 pm, June 26, 2015. He is the son of Cham'payne Turner of Salisbury and Eugene Stewart, III of Mardela Springs, MD.
He is survived by one sister: Nariyah Bri'ell Stewart of Mardela Springs; maternal grandparents: Hanan Parker of Salisbury and Larry Turner of Bridgeville, De; paternal grandparents: Eugene Stewart II of Baltimore and Nadine (Rossie, Sr.) Winder of Mardela Springs; maternal great-grandparents: George "Spongie" Williams, Jr. of Selbyville, DE and Darlene Ames of Frankford, DE, Temicorie and Delores Matthews; paternal great-grandparents: Rev. Nathan and Margaret McCoy of Mardela Springs and Eugene Stewart, Sr. of Baltimore and Castella Stewart of Bowie; maternal great-great grandmother: Mary Parker Sturgis of Selbyville, DE; seven aunts, fourteen uncles and a host of great and great-great aunts and uncles and a godmother: Shamaine Hinds.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at Jolley Memorial Chapel in Salisbury. Interment will be in Golden Acres Memorial Cemetery in Selbyville, DE.
