Kenneth Foreman, Sr. (Soul Dog, Birdie), 61 died Friday, September 7, 2018 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Born in Newark, MD, he is the son of Virginia Foreman of Berlin.

He attended the Snow Hill High School.

He was formerly employed with Cropper Lumber Co. of Snow Hill, MD, Berlin Nursing Home and Jiffy Lube of West Ocean City, MD.

He was a member of Williams AME Church in Newark, MD where he formerly served as an usher.  He also attended Calvary UM Church in Berlin.

Besides his mother, other survivors include three children: Kendrea (Heather) Collick of Berlin, MD; Latroya Blake of Salisbury, MD and Kenneth Foreman, Jr. of Eden, MD; eight grandchildren; three siblings: Elsie (Floyd) Purnell, Wilbert (Inez) and Henry Foreman, all of Berlin, MD; four aunts: Gladys Hargis and Naomi (Willis) Ellison, all of Salisbury, MD, Mildred and Iona Foreman, both of Berlin,MD and a host of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Mt. Calvary Apostolic Church,317 Truitt Street, Salisbury, MD.  Interment will be in Williams AME Church cemetery in Newark, MD.
