Salisbury, MD – Robert (Bobby) Lee Sample, Jr., 41 of Delmar died Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of Robert (Towanda) Lee Sample, Sr. of Salisbury and the late Mabell Banks Sample.
He attended Parkside High School and was a member of United Faith Church of Deliverance in Salisbury, MD.
Bobby was employed with Atlantic Traffic Safety (ATS) as a manager.
Besides his father, he is survived by his wife: Tamara "Poogy" James Sample of Princess Anne; five children: Robert , Bianca, Raekwon, Rasheem and Bri'Azia Sample; three step-children: Kyi'Mara James, Kyi'Mar and Kar'Man Morton; mother-in-law: Tammy White; father-in-law: Samuel "Pipsie" James, Jr., one sister-in-law: Gloria James; three sisters: Denise Banks (Jerome Coley), Joann Banks and Catherine "Nikki" Sample McCarden; one brother: Darryl (Darlene) Lamb; one stepsister: Kecia (Roger) Polk, two stepbrothers: Shannon and Terrance Chapman; two aunts, two uncles, several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Friday, May 1, 2015 at Mt. Enoch Holy Church in Salisbury where friends may view two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.
