Wilhelmina Quenna Farrare Obituary

Wilhelmina Quenna Farrare, affectionately known as "Flinstone" or "Willy" departed this life at the age of fifty-six (56) on Friday, December 20, 2024, at TidalHealth in Salisbury, Maryland. She was born on December 28, 1967 in Seaford, Delaware, and parented by Barbara Ann Farrare-Davis-Garcia (Cambridge, Maryland) and Alfred Junior Goslee (Salisbury, Maryland).

Wilhelmina attended Wicomico County Public Schools, and graduated from Wicomico High School in 1987. Throughout her life Wilhelmina attended St. Paul A.M.E. Zion church. Willy was passionate about collecting panda bears. She was all for the bargain shopping. She loved her children and doing for others. If she could give the shirt off of her back, she would.

Willy could always be found wanting a sub or wings, preferring all "flats". She enjoyed going to the casino. She had her own childcare business for many years. Willy was always encouraging and sharing her contagious smile, sending out vibrations of positive energy. Wilhelmina was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Willy leaves to cherish her memories and legacy of life with her two daughters Ashlynn Farrare and Briana Farrare both of Salisbury, Maryland, a bonus daughter, Monique Hutt, both parents, Barbara Ann Farrare-Davis-Garcia & Alfred Goslee all of Salisbury, Maryland; Five sisters, Camille Farrare, Roxanne Farrare, Leonora (Eric) Farrare-Lee, Bre'Asia Goslee & Alice Dennis; Five grandchildren, Ty'Niasia Showell, A'Niasia Showell, A'Shyah Corbin, Ta'Riyah Moss & I'Viona Moss; a god-son, Romello Tatum Farrare; three nephews, Aubrey Farrare (Candice), Raymond Farrare and Kevin Farrare; Four nieces, Latoya Farrare, Kareemah Farrare, Kharisma Brooks-Farrare & Harmony Hammond; and dedicated lifelong friends, Dawn Gunby, Vera Polk, Valencia Smith-Harper, Tonya Givens & Kelly Marshall; a special cousin, Chanelle Farrare. Willy is survived by nine aunts, Robertine Farrare, Virginia (Michael) Farrare-Savage, Linda Farrare, Joyce Hopkins, Geraldine Brown, Brenda Morris, Patricia Holland, Cleo Henry & Vivian Smith and one Uncle William Farrare (Joy), great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Two special Booth Street Project Sisters, Theresa Alston & Sandra Handy. Also, a special friend, Barry Hitch; father to her children.

Wilhelmina was preceded in death by her maternal grandparent, stepfather, two uncles; Leeroy Farrare, Christopher Farrare, nephew Raymond Farrare "Raymo", cousins and her best friend, Willie Mae Shepphard.
