Obituary

Timothy Lee Dyson, Jr, 39 years old. Passed away on June 22,2023, at Deers Head Hospital in Salisbury, MD.

Born November 23,1983, in Seaford, DE as the first son of Timothy Dyson SR & Lisa Dennis. Timmy lived in the Delmar and Laurel for the majority of his life. He received his education in the Delmar school district. After working a few different jobs, he decided his career would be in the family business, alongside his father who taught him all there is to know about running a salvage yard and towing. Timmy loved to haul cars above all else. Most days, he would make it a friendly race with the other drivers to see who could haul more in one day. “There’s a method to the madness” he would say.

In his free time, Timmy enjoyed just being with his family. Especially the kids. All of the kids loved Uncle Timmy- All his snacks and endless energy when it came to playing with them. He also had a love for speed. Every chance he got he would be racing down the road in some fast car or on his Suzuki street bike. Timmy always enjoyed getting cleaned up to go out in his favorite outfit-timberlands, Ecko Unltd, polo and those diamond earrings his dad hated. Lord knows that man loved to eat. He loved fried chicken, ham, pretzel salad, Dr. Pepper, and any kind of chocolate never stood a chance around him.

Most of all, Timmy loved to make people laugh and help anyone he could. If you were ever looking for someone to hold the door, crack a corny joke and compliment you all at the same time, Timmy was the guy. He could turn the darkest day to light in a matter of minutes.

Going home in Heaven, he will be reunited with his paternal grandparents, John & Eileen Dyson and maternal grandfather Homer Dennis. Waiting for him will also be a few dear friends he lost years ago; Richard, Chris & Ben.

Timmy is survived by his parents Timothy Dyson Sr & Lisa Dennis. A son Timothy Dyson 3rd. His wife Stacy Dyson and step son Michael LeCates 3rd. One grandson, Bentley LeCates.

His siblings-Rachel Dyson and fiancé Joshua Shorter, Shawn Dyson, Cody “boo-boo” Dyson and wife Kimberly Dyson, Courtney “snorty/corky” Dyson, and Zachary Dyson. As well as Mckenzie Dyson and McKayla Walls, who were raised as his own for many years. Timmy  also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who all loved him dearly no matter what struggles he faced.

If you knew Timmy, you would know he wouldn’t want you to cry for him. Instead, just eat some food, drink a beer, share some stories, and laugh.

Celebrate his life and the loving impact he made on all of us.
